📌 Important Notice

Due to hygiene and safety standards related to pet wellness and supplement products, the following items cannot be returned if opened or used:

  • Pet supplements that have been opened or partially used
  • Products showing signs of tampering or damage after delivery
  • Products missing original packaging or safety seals

Returns will only be accepted for opened products if the item arrived:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Incorrect (wrong product shipped)

Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


❌ Non-Returnable Items
